I have a 3rd coat of stain on the drawers and toe kick of the dresser (toe kick fell off -- it's old -- so DH will have to reattach after it's all done). It looks pretty good, so tonight the last step is a quick sand and one more coat on the dresser itself.
Laundry is still going but I'm on the last load.
Note to self: I am a much happier person when I am getting things done.

ReplyDeleteLOL Lesley. $5K in labor but I bought it used in 1992 for $250 -- a couch, chair, full size bed with mattress and box spring, dresser, chest of drawers, and a nightstand. So I'm ok with the mega-labor part.
