Well, it was another hot one yesterday. this heat wave is getting old. The humidity about kills ya, seriously.
But thankfully we have friends here in MN who have a pool. Woo hoo. And my kids were in that pool yesterday from 11:30 am to 5 pm almost without a break.
I sat in the shade and held a baby. There was a breeze so we were pretty comfortable.
Stay cool out there, people. It is wicked hot. Tomorrow's high is supposed to be 82. Now THAT I can handle.

The only good thing about too darn hot in this part of the country is that it doesn't last long. They said on the news that there was relief from the heat in the future to which I replied, "well, it will be November eventually yes." but it does appear to be lifting thankfully.

Try 105 and the heat index is way beyond that! Talk about not being able to breathe!
