We had a great weekend. It is so cool to have my mom for a friend. And I can't express how grateful I am that she has found a friend in Linda. They are 2 great ladies who completely deserve each other.
Linda's daughter Karie is a Coach purse totin', high heel wearin' glamour puss who lives on a ranch in North Dakota that is over 40 miles from the nearest town. She's a glamour girl who can hold her own with livestock and handle firearms. Seriously. This girl is a study in contrasts, but she is as goodhearted and fun-loving as anyone I've met.
I am grateful for the chance I had to spend a wonderful weekend with my most wonderful and lovely mother. Thanks for everything, Mom. I love you!
