I have wanted to do a post on my obsession with Bruce and the band since I started this blog -- I don't think I've ever really explained how I fell in love with him and his music or the ways he has touched my life since I was 14 years old, but the release of Magic on October 2, 2007 is as good a time as any to tell the world exactly what a freak I am. Honestly, I LOVE him.

So stay tuned -- the new single "Radio Nowhere" is free on iTunes this week (you're welcome) and it is perfect Springsteen. And soon I will tell you the whole story, starting with XL93 on a sultry summer day in Grand Forks, North Dakota. (Yes, I remember the exact moment I heard the song that started it all.) Ahhhh. I can feel the stress of the last few weeks melting away (at least until tickets go on sale).
