Define "obsessed."

Okay, so maybe I am. Yes, those are my fingernails. I love my nail lady. Truth is, I just don't care if people think I'm obsessed. I have been working a lot this week and the mood is not nearly as celebratory as you might think. We have a lot of work to do. But I am HOPEFUL. Optimistic. Encouraged.

Rob is in school today, then home to trick-or-treat with Alvin, Simon and Theodore. Back to school tomorrow, and we have visitors coming in from out of town late in the day. We'll eat dinner and then all head to a costume party hosted by some friends.

Sunday I am back to volunteering ... 12-8 or so that day, then all day Monday and Tuesday.

Happy Halloween, all. I may not be back until this is over.

Get out and vote. Make a difference. Change the world.

Yes we can.
