On the Road
Evan and my dad left this morning for the week. They took off on the Harley and will be roughly following the Mississippi on a tour through Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. Stops along the way will include the National Eagle Center, The House on the Rock, and the John Deere Pavilion. This is the first of my dad's trips with the grandkids -- each one will have a trip with him based on the child's interests. In the works are trips to the Baseball Hall of Fame, professional hockey games and a train ride, with more to come.
