Too terrible to talk about right now.
My friend Vanessa and her family left here yesterday to see her mum. I don't know when they were to arrive at Heathrow or when they were to leave London for Devon.
I hope they are ok.
I hope they did not have to deal with this in person and then explain it to their children.
I hope they are not stuck in the quagmire of traffic and confusion, unable to get home.
I hope they are safe.
Vanessa doesn't believe in God but I said a prayer anyway; I don't believe He cares whether or not you believe in Him. I've always believed in hedging my bets. Your prayers would be appreciated.
