Surgery photos

Here is the little man in his Hulk costume with his baby Spencer (yes, that was the name he came with) after we checked in at the surgical center.

Here they are, Spencer and Spencer, in their matching "party hats," as the nurse called them. Jo Jo the nurse was very nice.

Dr. Diamond was the anesthesiolgist and she did a great job. Here he is in recovery, waking up after it was all over. You can see the bandage there, too.

This is Mary Ann. She was the recovery nurse and she gave Spencer a new bear to cuddle and a ride in the wheelchair out to the car.

All in all it was a great experience -- terrific, caring, professional staff, excellent quality of service, and a calm, warm atmosphere. I am just glad it's over.
