Yep. It's true. I have become one of those people who carry their pet around in a frou frou bag. We went to Petsmart and got nails trimmed and ears and wrinkle cleaned by Katrina, the best pug groomer in the world, and then we went to Wal Mart and Bed, Bath and Beyond where Pippa was "stealth pug." She does not love the carrier, but it is much easier to put her in that than haul the crate to the car every time we need to take her somewhere. We'll keep doing short stints in it and I hope she'll get used to it. She actually went into her crate on her own today and hung out for a bit. We've had her 2 months now -- hard to remember our home without her in it.
We put our dogs in their crates when they need to go out in the car, fortunately not all the time. Pippa looks so cute in the carrier. They say pugs are addictive, you can't stop at one :-)
