My mom's boss has a grandson who is on an international traveling sports team. His team has a trip to Europe scheduled this week -- they leave Thursday -- and his parents are the team chaperones for this trip. Since the deceased's wishes were that he be cremated, the services are being postponed until after the grandson's trip, to March 15.
So my mom and dad will be visiting us this weekend to celebrate Evan's birthday.
