Will wonders never cease?

My house is clean.

My laundry room is neat and tidy.

The laundry is done.

I cleaned the dog's kennel and the bedding in it.

I spent a little time in World HQ yesterday and came up with this:

I made the album a while ago. Chipboard covered with patterned paper and Bazzill, then punched with the handy machine at school and put together with pages made out of Bazzill and a comb binding.

I posted at Scrapjazz and asked if anyone had Quickutz and the Tangerine alphabet. Thanks to Lin, who did and was willing to cut my custom title. She even sent me some camping stickers when she mailed the letters and numbers to me.

I inked them with a Cat's Eye Charcoal ink pad and ran them through the Xyron and lined them up using the Creative Memories Titletopia (which apparently they don't sell anymore ... too bad, because it is a great tool). The lines are drawn with a Zig writer and the fire and logs I cut freehand from cardstock scraps.

I am so looking forward to our adventures this summer!

  2. I love your "Spencer's Scrapbook" slide you have on your blog! Your Camping album is cool looking, but you are a far braver woman than I! Camping is NOT for me!
