We are back in San Jose. Since we left July 13, we have been in Minnesota, North Dakota, and then back in California, in LA and Monterey, and today, home. Feels good.
Mother-in-law JoAnn is here until tomorrow. She was supposed to stay until Thursday but Rob's aunt (JoAnn's sister-in-law) died Saturday night and she wants to be back for the funeral Tuesday. No condolences are necessary, BTW, but thanks. This woman was a pain in the neck and I am only sorry that her husband and family are so sad to see her go. (Yeah, I know that sounded awful. I told ya, I am painfully honest. Be grateful I didn't give you my whole tirade on this woman.)
Life should get back to normal soon. (I hope!) I am really tired and just want some peace & quiet.
