My dad and I have very similar personalities. We are both supremely confident of our intellectual capacity; we have hair trigger tempers; we are insanely precise and intolerant of mistakes (ours or others').
We also are both very loyal; principled; hardworking; we love cars; we are fierce-- we fight, we believe, we love -- fiercely.
Two people that fierce can sometimes be an explosive combination.
We don't always see eye to eye, but there is no man to whom I owe more, or whom I think more of, than you, Dad. I love you.
